Handwriting Tips

Before you start writing, make sure you are seated in a good writing position.

Always use your "Helper Hand" to hold the paper down when writing.

Always keep your forearm, wrist and the pinky side of your "writing" hand down when writing.

"Pinch and tuck" your fingers when using pencils, markers and crayons.

Always start your letters "At The Top".

Always place your letters close together when forming words.

Always leave a 1-2 finger, finger space between words when forming a sentence.

When writing a sentence always start your sentence with a Capital letter and end it with a form of punctuation (. ! ?).

Magic 'C' letters are ... c, a, d, g, o, q

Divers letters are ... p, r, n, m, h, b
